How do I connect Zoom to Maximus?

Connecting Zoom takes just a few steps and you'll be on your way to maximizing your sales potential with Maximus!

  1. When you first log in, click Connect Zoom

  2. Click Allow on Zoom's page that allows you to grant permissions to Maximus

  3. If successful, you'll be redirected to the Maximus dashboard and future recorded calls will now begin to be analyzed.

What do I do if I'm not allowed to connect?

You may need to reach out to your team's Zoom admin to approve the app if your team has limits on applications.
