I'm having trouble logging in

If you're having trouble logging in:

  1. Click the Reset link on the login page to reset your password.
  2. Then enter the email address you used to sign up.

Common Errors

  • If you don't receive the email, check your Spam folder and All Mail folders for our reset password email.
  • If you see the error message, "We can't find a user with that email address," that means the email address you entered is not correct.
  • If you continue to run into trouble, click the black message icon in the lower right corner of your account to send us a message.
