How do I use the Dashboard?

The Dashboard, also known as the Performance section of Maximus, will show you an overview of your last 10 calls.

  • Overall Average Score - Your current average score over the last 10 calls. Hover over the circle graph to see the score.
  • Score Over Time - Your scores for the last 10 calls displayed chronologically for comparison.

Just below the graphs, you'll see your Overall Scorecard which show the average scores over the last 10 calls for skills like Rapport Building, Product Knowledge, and more.
