How do reports work?

Maximus Reports are a review of each call you have with someone. Our system will review each call to determine a score for each call based on criteria like Product Knowledge, Closing Skills, and more.

You'll also receive a summary of comments about the call under General Comments and an Action Plan to level up your sales skills.
